Create a warm, intimate wedding event that you will always cherish.  The winery is a beautiful setting for more intimate rehearsal dinners and wedding receptions, allowing you to truly interact with your family, bridal party and guests. In regards to events, we can host Engagement Parties, Rehearsal Dinners and Wedding Receptions, best for bridal events up to 60 people.  A typical bridal event includes:

Wine Bar ~ enjoy samples of our most popular Tijeras Creek Winery wines, all made on premise.  Bottled water, sodas and coffee can be made available for non-drinkers.

Elegant catered affairs ~ complete with tray-passed hors d’oeuvres, carving stations and exhibition cooking stations. Those wishing for a more comfortable-style may choose to offer display stations, such as an "Evening in Tuscany" Italian buffet.

Ambience: The Finishing Touch!  Set the perfect ambience for your event with mood lighting and the right music.  Music options include live musicians (such as a strolling saxophonist or acoustic guitar), CD, iPod or Sirius Satellite music played throughout our venue. 

Wedding Favors: Personalized Wine Bottle Wedding Favors are available. You can help create the favors - either making the wine (here, under our guidance), or bottling wine that we have made in advance.  The bridal couple can then bottle the wine, complete with a commemorative wedding label, to be used as either wedding favors or for service during the wedding reception. (We can handle the entire bottling and labeling process if the couple prefers.)

As an alternative, during Engagement Parties and Rehearsal Dinners, many brides ask the guests to participate in Wine Bottling, where they help bottle a special vintage of wine, complete with customized labels, to commemorate the event.  The wine bottling really creates a unique, interactive experience for the guests, and is a special wedding-related event they will always remember.
