Learn how to blend your spices for Indian, Chinese & Latin American flavor profiles that complement a variety of dishes such as chicken, roasted vegetables, rice, etc.
In addition, each person will learn to make and TAKE HOME the following blends:
Jamaican Jerk Seasoning
Chinese Five Spice
Herbs de Provence
Or have fun creating your own spice blends to take home.
