Learn to make fermented wonder foods such as Kombucha, Fermented Vegetables, Kefir ( dairy/non dairy), Kefir Cheese & Sourdough Bread.
The natural probiotics from fermented foods provide beneficial bacteria that support digestive health, boost your immune system, and improve your overall health.
In this workshop, we will cover: changes that occur in foods due to the presence of good bacteria, why it’s good for you, and how to make it at home.
You also make your own jar of fermented vegetables to take home.
Samples of fermented foods will be served during class.
